Brown Derby in Medina

Very delicious food, excellent staff, decent price and awesome portion size. You definitely get what you pay for here. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with delectable scents from the kitchen of grill masters. The host was quick to seat us and the server was very sweet and service was wonderful. Best experience I've had in a while for a steakhouse. Definitely will visit again.

Just average I have made a better tbone myself

I went there after they just opened up because of the virus going around service was bad when we ordered our food it warm not hot the bread was rock hard hard when waitresses came back I made her take the food back. I recieved my food again and it was still warm. Never again I will go here it makes me sick.

The taste was good service was AMAZING!! The filet was charred on outside and rarer than ordered. We didn't send it back because my son said it tasted like grandma's house smelled. He also said He would eat it though we ordered medium.

Went with my Grandparents and my Mom to celebrate my Grandmas Birthday. Staff was very kind, and food wasn’t bad. There were a few catches, tho. Food took awhile to come (they were getting busier by the hour) My Grandmas food arrived very cold and when we requested for it to heated up it took a very long time. Me and my Grandpa were filled up in a couple bites. Overall, food was amazing, and I’d recommend!

The food and service are enjoyable. I gave 4 stars because my last visit was not up to par...but our server made our experience a nice one. The prices are a little high, but you do get nice portions and the ambiance.

Great food. Pretty good size portions. Steaks are thick and juicy. The drinks were well-made. My only complaint would be my plate looked like it wasn't washed all the way, Hardened food on the outside rim

Excellent food and service. We had a great night on the patio, everyone was distanced and servers were all masked. We had a wonderful time!

We had the loving couple, filet and lobster, can't wait to go back!

The stuffed mushrooms were some of the better ones I've had in a while, and the staff were wonderful. Our waitress was very nice and great with our order

It was pretty good, the booths have flexiclass of above and the bars are individually shielded, if you have a bigger party the plexiglass can be removed or moved for a bigger party like most places, food is good I will recommend it

Food is absolutely amazing! Great portions and LOVE the salads you get before your entree. Service could improve. They seem to take their time, but other than that, it’s a great date night place.

Steak cooked to perfection. Server was fabulous. However, I called ahead to be put on the wait list. Somehow the hostess got Colleen when she asked my name which is not even close to that name. Luckily I saw my phone number and resolved issue

Had some great service and food tonight the steaks were cooked just right. The waitress was awesome.

It was wedding weekend and I needed a steak house that could comfortably seat a party of 15. Without flinching, The Brown Derby gladly accepted the challenge with a week notice, on a Saturday evening while another establishment wouldn’t dare. All my guests got various entrees, from steaks, to salad, to pasta, and they were all exquisite. The waiter was excellent, catering to some of the pickiest of eaters. He even made a mistake, after the meal, boxing up our food. Accidentally dropping a portion of steak, instead of doing what a normal restaurant would do and probably comp a dessert or something. He had the chef prepare a brand new, full sized steak, and gave it to us to go. If that’s not customer service, I don’t know what is.Highly, HIGHLY recommend !!

Last Sunday we went in for a quick lunch with my husband. We ordered tuna from appetizer menu-it was good. For lunch we both ordered prime rib sandwich on special menu I believe it was 14.99 it took them 30 min to make it when it arrived it was terrible looking than I tried to bite it and I could not bread was hard as rock. Meat looked like leftover. My husband sandwich was the same. I do not recommend anyone that sandwich. I think it should never be on your special menu on Sunday afternoon. Will never go there again.

We really enjoyed our lunch here!! All of the food was absolutely delicious. The 16 oz ribery was cooked perfectly and our server Jonah was awesome! Definitely coming back

Wow, what a great steak house! Really good value and service! The quality of food for the price is outstanding. We enjoyed our visit to the last bite. There used to be one in Kettering owned by the same people. Kick the national chain restaurants to the side and enjoy something locally born.

The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. We absolutely loves our server! The menu was a bit limited, although the available choices were diverse and we'll thought out. They did a fantastic job of following CDC/Covid-19 regulations. We were extremely comfortable dining inside the restaurant. They also offer an outdoor dining area. The sunset was beautiful! We are all looking forward to going again.

Just wanted to share how awesome our server Kari H was. She was very nice and helpful. And my girlfriend and I loved her vibrant personality.

Very nice meal, all portions are extremely generous. Excellent service, very safe social distancing, attentive manager. Nice New York Strip dinner came with grilled shrimp bonus (Monday through Thursday) and both were well cooked, great tasting. Chose because we don't see too many Brown Derby restaurants any more, one of our first dates was at the one in Erie.
